Return & Refund Policy
At GanderZone, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.
Return Period
You may return most items purchased from GanderZone within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. After 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in new, unused condition

All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must be intact

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation

You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that items showing signs of wear or use, or those returned without original packaging and documentation, may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Upon review, we will respond with return authorization, and where applicable, provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
⚠️ Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item due to damage, a defect, or an error on our part, GanderZone will cover the full cost of return shipping. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.

For voluntary returns (such as ordering the wrong item, a change of mind, or no longer needing the product), the customer is responsible for return shipping. You may:

Request a prepaid label from us (cost will be deducted from your refund), or

Choose your own shipping method

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until the return is processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a clear description of the issue and photographs of the item(s) and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and are considered final sale:

Custom or personalized products: items made to order or customized

Personal care items: including beauty, grooming, and hygiene products

Hazardous materials: including flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please:

Initiate a return for the original item

Place a new order for the desired product once the return has been accepted
This ensures the fastest processing and availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

Returns for European Union Customers
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for this withdrawal, the item must:
